Smaller budgets, shorter development times, and less
marketing; downloadable titles are relatively new to the world of gaming. Dungeon Defenders is an action, RPG, tower
defense game available on all download services. How does it play, and is it worth your time?

Rayman Origins - Review
I’m not sure the newest generation of gamer could even
identify 5 games that belong in the “platformer” genre. Most popular in the SNES era, platformers
have all but disappeared aside from handheld and downloadable titles (and some
Wii titles, I guess). That being said,
does Rayman Origins deserve to be a full-fledged feature title?

Bioshock Infinite - Review
Dead Space 3 - Review
In a year where trilogies have been the norm rather than the exception, Dead Space 3 wasn’t necessarily greeted with open arms. Adding co-op to the campaign and even including human enemies, many fans were immediately turned off. Before you play the game, you may want to consider how these changes have affected the franchise.
Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 - Review
The fifth Call of Duty in five years comes to us in the form of Modern Warfare 3. Continuing upon what seems to be a yearly record breaking release; MW3 looks to expand upon the games that have come before it. I personally have chosen to skip every other COD release. I only own the Modern Warfare games and will be taking those games into account when reviewing this year’s title.
Singularity - Review
Released under
the radar a few years back, Singularity sought to provide an engaging single
player campaign while also extending its lasting appeal with an online
component. Clearly the game didn’t sell
as expected, but does that mean it’s no good?
Battlefield 3 - Review
Heralded by some as the “Call of Duty Killer,” the
Battlefield series has attempted to offer an alternative to the yearly COD
franchise. The BF3 release was followed
by positive critical reviews, but really, does this game live up to the all the
hype?

Gears of War - Top 10 Multiplayer Maps
Here at LLG, like in most n3rd friendships, we love exploring and debating the best of the best when it comes to video games. We begin this series with our top ten best Gears Of War multiplayer maps of all time. As this is all subjective, I will add context as to why each map made the list and as always we welcome a healthy debate on any list you see on the site!
Gears of War: Ultimate Edition - Boom Montage
Since Gears of War 4 has finally arrived, we've decided to lay Gears of War: UE to rest. Although it wasn't one of our favorite entries in the series, it looked pretty, offered a nice dose of nostalgia, and did provide a few great moments online. Despite the terribly inaccurate shotgun, and the jagged adjustment to the center screen shots, we managed to have fun with the game. As a final farewell to the online multiplayer of Gears: UE, we've put together a since send-off montage of some online action. Enjoy.
Gears of War 3 – Review
Releasing with lofty expectations, Gears of War 3 had fans clamoring for the trilogy conclusion nearly two years before its release. The first trailer featured new COG members and enemies, plus awesome music (Check out “Gears 3 Ashes to Ashes” on YouTube). Information leaked slowly, followed by a beta, and finally the full release. Is Gears 3 worth the wait?
